BURNT HONEY ICECREAM

 

!/3rd cup Honey

500 ml Cream

1 tin SWEETENED Condensed milk

 

Scorch the honey—very carefully, by heating on the stove till colour starts to change

—cool to room temp

Whip the cream

Fold all ingredients together gently

Place in container in freezer till frozen- best overnight
